Process 

1. The  forged of 20 Cr metal to make the cross forms, and to get it ready for the lathe process 

2. A high precision lath process to make the drilling, and give the universal joint the shape it needs according to our specification, or our clients specifications. 

3. A heat treatment process to make sure that our universal joints have the hardness, needed to be used on the automotive industry.

4. A high precision grinding process assuring that our products have a small tolerance, or 0 tolerance 

5. Our universal joints are dried, and covered with an antirust oil to assure that our goods will always stay on shape and extend the live of our universal joints.

6. The final step but not less important would be packing, using our own brand or as needed by our client 

7. To complete all this process, our company needs a period of 45 days after the down payment.

8. we are confident and know that our products are good therefore we give one year warranty , on any problem our products my have , on the production process ,
